Who are we?
Technology2005 was founded as it was felt there was a need to provide good old fashioned customer service in a market where we felt customer service is sadly lacking.
 
Our way of serving you, the customer, is quite simple: we will always be fair, honest and approachable and our service will always be  second to none.
 
Our engineers have almost 15 years of commercial experience and pride themselves in looking after the needs of our customers.

We are a small and friendly business and we will not try and confuse you with technobabble. You will get plain, simple and honest advice.
 
We operate 7 days a week and normal office hours are 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 5pm Saturday. Out of these hours are for emergencies only so you will most likely get the dreaded answering machine if you call during those hours! (Our engineers like to have time off too!)
 
We will normally come to you as we do not operate from retail premises and find this is convenient for the vast majority of our customers.
